We always wait for their new releases, although we may not utilize all their features, but it's good to see how much they are trying to improve our experience. Our CSM Annette Broussard is fabulous! She addresses and resolves our issues very promptly and effectively and always makes time for us. Of all of the tools we use, Annette with Raydiant Hoopla is by far the best CSM we work with. She has a keen eye for knowing whether it makes the most sense for me to drive the conversation or if she needs to step in and show me first and build something for me. I never feel as though she is doing everything for me as she strikes a perfect balance of teaching and empowering while also understanding when something we need to be built has a deadline. She moves with both urgency and keeps her calm. She is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful all at the same time. Raydiant allows our team to be able to keep track of where they are with their metrics and allows us to display that information in creative ways. **What do you dislike about Displai?** In the flow of creating channels, I think more prompts would be great to include that content creation all in the same place: one central location. Having to start with uploading a report from Salesforce metric you go to one place, then creating a metric you go to another place, then a metric newsflash takes you to another place, and that is all before creating the channel which is done in another place. I like that there are separate places to store those separate components, but when it comes to actually creating the thing, it would be nice to be able to create each step in the same place. **What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Raydiant helps us gamify sales and keep track of sales performance. We have multiple menus and we can even schedule automated menu boards to flip between breakfast and dinner. A great tool. Highly recommended. **What do you dislike about Displai?** We have had very little poor experience with Raydiant. Any small issues are quickly rectified. **What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to change any menu item / price and or placement and design by simply logging in to our laptops. ### 33. There's a minute gap in changing content, where my content doesn't show. We use Toast and was able to fully integtrate our Toast menu, including design styling to be fully responsive to our online Toast menu. We worked with a small team, including an incredible coder to make this happen. We continiue to receive weekly or monthly check-in's from them about how the service and tools are going. Once onboarded we are easily able to update our content or add new modules. Coming from using a usb stick with a jpeg to put our menus on the screens, this is a huge upgrade. The added bonus that it's affordable and no contract only makes this better. **What do you dislike about Displai?** We wish that there were even more enhanced features for resturants specifically. As this is mainly a business tool, I understand but they could really crush it in the hospitality space with additional tools that restaurants are looking for. The good news is that they have listed to our suggestions and may be including us in future beta testing. **What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrating into our main online menu so any updates we make are automatically updated on the lobby screens is worth the price right there. We also use a back of house screen to communicate daily sales, weekly tasks and inspirational messages to the team. ### 40. Our menu changes every month so its great to have the two software platforms sync to each other **What do you dislike about Displai?** Its a bit more complicated to use than expected for more enhanced displays but for my basic static menu its pretty straightforward. Also, I have to restart the unit every couple of weeks when it glitches. Lastly, the integration between toast and raydient isnt as smooth as advertised and I did have to create a whole additional menu on toast just for raydient but once set up it works well. **What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlined digital menu. Setting up a menu that was set on a schedule to change daily reflecting static weekly specials was easy and seemless! We have to use this every day, and the site could not be easier. I do not use the integration of square on the site, but I can see how others would find it helpful. **What do you dislike about Displai?** There are a lot of features that I would consider using that are behind a paywall. And while I understand that it is because they are using other companies proprietary IPs, I feel like some of that should be included, considering the Price Point of this software to begin with. **What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the fluctuating nature of the prices in the restuarant industry, it's imperative that we stay on top of what we are charging.
