This is especially great if you have a fleet of printers with the same make and model. I have different make and model printers and still work nicely. You can also clone printers and make small changes as needed. The reporting feature is very rich with information as well and the error log helps us be proactive. You can deploy it to multiple users and groups at the same time. Support is also responsive. **What do you dislike about directprint.io?** For kiosk printing (printers with no internal locked print capabilities) if a user sends a print job to different printers in different locations and that user places the code on any of the kiosks the jobs will be released from the printers it was sent to (not including the printers with internal locked print capabilities such as copiers). **What problems is directprint.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** This resolves information security when printing confidential material, saves paper waste and improves printing efficiency we don't have to deal with local servers. ### 3. Directprint.io gives full control over the method used to assign printers within the Google Workspace environment, including assigning printers to Google Groups, OUs, device, and user. There is a very wide range of support printers and printing options such as finishers, PIN printing as well as the option to use manfacturer PPDs. Included reports are helpful for tracking usage. Technical support has always been fast and acurate in troubleshooting directprint.io issues. **What do you dislike about directprint.io?** Probably not a directprint.io issue but it can take quite a while for a Google Workspace sync to initiate. **What problems is directprint.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Directprint.io quickly filled the ChromeOS printing gap when Google Cloud Print was retired a few years ago. We were able to configure and deploy directprint.io as a ChromeOS printing solution if very little time and with no impact to our staff and students. The sign up and implementation process is painless, unlike competitors who want to make you navigate weeks of sales calls and hiding price info. We use direcprint.io daily without any issues. We can easily track how much is printed to better understand our printer fleet. **What do you dislike about directprint.io?** I would like to see the print release system revamped, such as being able to access it on SHARP Copiers directly **What problems is directprint.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** ChromeOS print management is painful. directprint.io made it effortless by allowing us to see our printers as a whole - with zero print servers! ### 5. Without any hesitation! **What do you dislike about directprint.io?** - The printing from anywhere with (read: edge printing) is also easy to setup and works with a smaller group of people. I find it in some ways unstable and is very prone to disruptions. It's a complex matter that's not easily fixed so that's something to bear in mind. It works but you will need to monitor it constantly to prevent disruptions. **What problems is directprint.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Printing from anywhere in our network with chromebooks, windows devices, tablets, apple devices. There is no need for any driver install and it's very easy for the users to print from anywhere in the network. ### 7.
