It works with practically any printer make and model, it's intuitive and super easy to set up, integrates with Google Workspace very nicely, and the support from them is top class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike absolutely nothing about this product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few things I like about this solution, printer management and configuration are great because you can configure multiple printers at the same time. This is especially great if you have a fleet of printers with the same make and model. I have different make and model printers and still work nicely. You can also clone printers and make small changes as needed. The reporting feature is very rich with information as well and the error log helps us be proactive. You can deploy it to multiple users and groups at the same time. Support is also responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For kiosk printing (printers with no internal locked print capabilities) if a user sends a print job to different printers in different locations and that user places the code on any of the kiosks the jobs will be released from the printers it was sent to (not including the printers with internal locked print capabilities such as copiers). Directprint.io is easy to configure and integrate with ChromeOS devices via the Google Admin Console. Directprint.io gives full control over the method used to assign printers within the Google Workspace environment, including assigning printers to Google Groups, OUs, device, and user. There is a very wide range of support printers and printing options such as finishers, PIN printing as well as the option to use manufacturer PPDs. Included reports are helpful for tracking usage. Technical support has always been fast and accurate in troubleshooting directprint.io issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Probably not a directprint.io issue but it can take quite a while for a Google Workspace sync to initiate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support team works with you until they find a solution. The product is incredibly innovative and we appreciate the integration with Google Workspace / ChromeOS. It's surprisingly affordable compared to competitors. The sign up and implementation process is painless, unlike competitors who want to make you navigate weeks of sales calls and hiding price info. We use directprint.io daily without any issues. We can easily track how much is printed to better understand our printer fleet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to see the print release system revamped, such as being able to access it on SHARP Copiers directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The printing from anywhere with (read: edge printing) is also easy to setup and works with a smaller group of people. I find it in some ways unstable and is very prone to disruptions. It's a complex matter that's not easily fixed so that's something to bear in mind.

It works but you will need to monitor it constantly to prevent disruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate directprint.io's seamless cloud printing, user-friendly setup, and the human touch in their real face-to-face support, making print management efficient and personable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasional interface glitches aside, I miss a bit more customization. Yet, their responsive support team always adds a personal touch to resolve any concerns promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the simplicity. In my 20+ years, never has print worked so seamlessly for us across a District of nearly 6000 endpoints. directprint.io has thought of nearly everything an enterprise needs for print management. Getting it up and running was one of the simplest rollouts we've ever seen. Support (which is mostly us requesting features and tweaks) is always responsive and on top of it. The ease of giving printer access to users for Windows and Chromebooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just the every now and then little quirks with extra printer settings. But, with support's help, we always get it figured out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the main benefits of DirectPrint.io is the convenience it offers. With just a few clicks, you can print any document directly from your browser, without the need to go through the process of downloading and installing software.

Another advantage is the speed and efficiency of the tool. DirectPrint.io is able to quickly and accurately convert documents into a printable format, ensuring that the final printed product is of high quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One potential downside of DirectPrint.io is that it is only compatible with certain types of documents. While it can handle common file formats such as PDF and Word, it may not be able to handle more complex or specialized documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
