Dilypse Reviews & Product Details

I really like the overall interface of Dilypse. It is clear, intuitive, and pleasant to use, which makes navigation easier for me. The platform offers a comprehensive feature that allows us to centralize and synchronize all our Google Business Profile listings. This saves me from logging into numerous platforms and maintaining them individually. The aesthetic of the interface offers smooth navigation and allows features to be found quickly, which is very useful for managing multiple branches. Additionally, the customer service is very good and made the initial setup quick and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. Everything is going very well so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the ease of management and the reports, which help us improve services in several branches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much to report: there are sometimes a few graphical bugs, but they are always quickly fixed by the team. Occasionally, the automatically generated responses could be more precise, but other than that, it's great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Dilypse is how easy and intuitive the platform is to use. It has become a very valuable tool for managing our teams and our multiple locations, especially as we have more than five stores to manage.

The reporting is also a major advantage. It allows us to identify issues and better understand their root causes, which helps us implement solutions that we may never have considered without the insights provided by the platform. It gives us a much clearer picture of what is happening across our locations and helps us make more informed decisions.

The AI features are another great time-saver. They allow us to respond to reviews much faster while still making sure our responses are accurate, professional, and appropriate.

I also find the pricing reasonable considering everything included in the platform. Dilypse brings several useful tools together in one place, including social media publishing management, review management and responses, reporting, and a store locator. Having all these features centralized makes the platform even more valuable for us.

Finally, one of the key strengths for us is the support we receive from the Dilypse team. They are always very available, open to our suggestions and feedback, and proactive in helping us improve. We really feel that they listen to our needs and work with us to find better solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn’t much that I dislike about Dilypse. Overall, we are very satisfied with the platform. If I had to mention a few areas for improvement, I would say that the social media management features could be more advanced and offer some of the functionalities available on platforms that specialize specifically in social media management.

Another improvement that would be very valuable for us would be the ability to integrate Dilypse data directly into Power BI. This would allow us to combine the data from Dilypse with our other marketing and business data and create more comprehensive dashboards and analyses across our locations.

These are more opportunities for improvement than actual pain points, as we are very happy with the platform overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that Google reviews are centralized in one place is a real plus. It makes management easier for a company with multiple accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that, for now, it is not possible to set up exceptional hours via the platform on Facebook is a negative point. However, the team, especially Guillaume, is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the simplicity of using Dilypse, which makes installation and use easy. One aspect I particularly appreciate is that all Google reviews from different pages are centralized on a single page, greatly simplifying management. Additionally, the increase in the number of Google reviews is a great advantage for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The artificial intelligence tool that helps respond to comments could be improved, as the responses often look similar. I think it should offer more diverse responses for Google reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the moment, we cannot select a group to extract the information we need. We are aware that this feature is coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate Dilypse's clean user interface and how intuitive it is to explore complex datasets without needing heavy technical skills. The real-time data updates, customizable dashboards, and drill-down capabilities are incredibly useful. It allows our team to stay aligned on key metrics without chasing spreadsheets or waiting on IT support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Dilypse performs well overall, the initial onboarding and documentation could be more detailed. For newer users, it takes some trial and error to understand how to set up advanced metrics or schedule automated reports. Some integration options also feel limited unless using premium tiers.
