**What do you like best about DigitalCX?**

DigitalCX is a very nice tool to work with. It allows you as a marketer to set up a conversational AI chatbot without technical knowledge. In no time, you set up intents and link the training phrases to dialogues. DigitalCX usually collaborates with Conversationals for the front-end. With

**What do you dislike about DigitalCX?**

For some things, DigitalCX uses different names than the naming conventions. For example, entities in DigitalCX are called patterns. It's a bit of a search, but you get the hang of it fairly quickly. Additionally, the support is good and they respond quickly.

**What problems is DigitalCX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a chatbot tool that enabled a handover to our live chat (via Cobrowser), was secure (IT security), and scalable. After an extensive comparison of chatbot tools, we ended up with DigitalCX.
