
We were able to capture our operations work flow in the system and standardize the way we quote jobs, manage jobs, manage vendors and bill our clients. It gives us real time visability into our project cost and profitability. Base has replaced spreadsheet, shared drives and mistakes. Need better communication and training on new features. Features are rolled out and our team doesn't know to use them. The AutoClerk feature is one of then, where instead of keying in vendor invoices data, invoice can be dropped in a drop zone and the system scrapes the document and autopopulates the data fields that matter. This is a large time saver but feature was rolled out and not communicated or promoted well. Same with BASE Connect Feature. Also ability to create customizeable web forms would be a game changer.
