**What do you like best about Diamond ADM?**

I love the centralization of Diamond ADM. Everything is in one place so that there is high visibility across departments and no one is limited from seeing the necessary items they need to do their job.

**What do you dislike about Diamond ADM?**

My only dislike is that uploaded items are all in one column that is sometimes hard to navigate to. There is also no sort feature on it so anything that is uploaded and not properly labeled with an identifying file name gets jumbled.

**Recommendations to others considering Diamond ADM:**

This is a great solution for secure mass document collection.

**What problems is Diamond ADM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Four our business, there is no longer any inter-departmental questioning and time-wasting on back and forth responses. There is now a coordinated effort between departments.

I like that Diamond allows you to have work approved by the right people. It gives visibility to the approval chain. 

**What do you dislike about Diamond ADM?**

The time it takes to log in and be verified. 

**Recommendations to others considering Diamond ADM:**

Every time you log in it will take time. Be mindful that the process of verification will be long.

**What problems is Diamond ADM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using it to upload documents and sign of on them. It's the only tool we have to do that process.
