Fixed price: We can submit a fixed price proposal if the scope of work and requirements are clearly defined. This Model is suitable for well-defined projects with clear requirements and limited scope changes. T&M Material: We will bill based on the actual time and resources spent on the project. This approach is more flexible, allowing changes in project scope and requirements as the project progresses. It suits projects with evolving or uncertain requirements. Hybrid: It combines both Fixed Price and T&M approaches. This model offers a balance of predictability and flexibility and is often used for projects with some well-defined components and others that may require more flexibility. **What do you like best about Dhruvsoft?**

Dhruvsoft is one of the skilled sales and service cloud implementation partners. Project Management practice well defined and well-tested. they have been able to deliver projects on tight deadlines with exceeding client expectation

**What do you dislike about Dhruvsoft?**

Dhruvsoft needs to develop a strong field sales team to generate a healthy sales funnel. Also, they do not have outside onsite support for clients outside of southern India. They improve their skill sets in Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Dhruvsoft:**

I would strongly recommend Dhruvsoft as a salesforce consulting partner. They are good partners to work with if you first a time user of the salesforce platform. They also provide training services to internal users

Dhruvsoft is a Hyderabad-based salesforce implementation and consulting partner. they have played an important role in some of the prestigious projects in southern India. In addition to providing implementation services, they also offer consulting services, AMC contracts and salesforce training programs
