DGIT Systems has extensive expertise in BSS/OSS architecture, business process modelling and software. Using only the latest technologies, DGIT has designed a state-of-the art telecommunications software solution called Telflow, a dynamic service delivery platform engineered for telco and cloud providers. Telflow is catalog-driven and highly configurable, allowing users to design products and visually build processes, dramatically reducing time to market.

**What do you like best about DGIT Systems?**

Easy to set up and configure the features you require for your business setup. It can be tailored and configured as our required business process requirement. It can be enabled for go-to-market strategies products and services as well.

**What do you dislike about DGIT Systems?**

Some unique business processes are not covered in the solution, and it requires a particular setup. A mechanical structure of upgrades is not available. Improvements in real-time notifications are necessary, which can navigate to the proper area of selection or features.

**What problems is DGIT Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Quote to bill DGIT solution for my revenue reconciliation, and I can have my revenue recognition adequately done. I can bill my clients properly for all the services they sell using the solution. Also, I can take up new billing requirements by changing the configuration of the product.

The User interface and user experience of the system is very easy and friendly

It could be better in a manner to connect peer to peer.

It helps me in Solving problems of Utility issues and Telecommunication issues.
