**What do you like best about DFTWorks HPC-Materials?**

The fact that DFTWorks uses HPC-Materials is very interesting, its raw processing power. This enables me to utilize union find algorithm, which allows me to run material simulations up to hundreds of times faster than it would normally take in traditional computing. This is a lifesaver for the research process, I can find more answers and be faster in getting results.

**What do you dislike about DFTWorks HPC-Materials?**

Speaking of my user experience with DFTWorks HPC-Materials, what I've seen most is the insufficient support resources. Although there are many tutorials, issues involving intricate cares may get hard to deal with. I have validated that it is sometimes frustrating to have to wait for a long time for the support team to react back and that this makes research work slow down.

**What problems is DFTWorks HPC-Materials solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Indeed, DFTWorks HPC-Materials is a key element in my research. Compared to other materials, we cover subjects quickly and new discoveries have been made and materials properties are well described.
