What do you like best?

This research focuses on the analysis of business education and originates a model of evaluation and self-assessment for the development of the student and / or professional with an international perspective. It considers three fundamental dimensions: Knowledge, management skills and ethics. Each of the dimensions contains elements (competences) and these, in turn, contain variables that are intended to be considered in the profession by students and educators and by professionals in their different specialties, locally and globally; the model is adaptable to all levels and to different countries. A study was formalized to discover the most significant variables of each element (competence). This model or method helps identify the key performance variables in order to be able to correct, obtain improvements and create greater business development.
