**What do you like best about Detect-Phish?**

Its wide range of features. It provides detailed reports and automated reminders, which make it easy to track progress and ensure continuous awareness. The automated awareness emails sent to end users help reinforce learning consistently. I also appreciate the phishing reporting feature, which allows employees to report suspicious emails directly through the tool. These reports can be analyzed and even blocked within the platform itself, making the overall security process more efficient and proactive.

**What do you dislike about Detect-Phish?**

While the tool is comprehensive, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, the interface can feel slightly complex due to the large number of features, which may require additional training for new users. Some reports could also be more customizable and easier to interpret.

**What problems is Detect-Phish solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A comprehensive and well-designed LMS tool with excellent course material. I also found the phishing campaign simulations very effective in building real-world awareness and response skills. Overall, it’s a powerful platform for strengthening cybersecurity knowledge and preparedness.
