Its wide range of features. It provides detailed reports and automated reminders, which make it easy to track progress and ensure continuous awareness. The automated awareness emails sent to end users help reinforce learning consistently. I also appreciate the phishing reporting feature, which allows employees to report suspicious emails directly through the tool.
