**What do you like best about Deskwoot?**

Same feature depth as Intercom at a fraction of the price, with AI bundled instead of being a paid add-on.

**What do you dislike about Deskwoot?**

Reporting is solid but still catching up to what Zendesk offers for large teams. For our size it's fine, but I can see where a bigger support org might want deeper dashboards.

**What problems is Deskwoot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used no customer support software before and had a trial with a few other such as Intercom or Chatwoot and a separate live chat widget. Deskwoot pulls all of them into one inbox, so replies happen faster and nothing falls through the cracks when a customer switches channels. Also it's way cheaper than competitors and the best choice IMO for startups.
