**What do you like best about DeskBell?**

Provides quick, easy and convenient orientation. No more need to use the room booklets with the description of hotel options. All the information is stored in the convenient cell phone app.

**What do you dislike about DeskBell?**

Nothing, we think it's great! We would definitely recommend it to others!

**What problems is DeskBell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers have more loyalty because the app allows them easier access to customer service features.
