This has the advantage of having content creation to publication in one platform as it doesn’t have to be referred elsewhere. **What do you dislike about Desk?** Working with collaborators that are outside feels somewhat unintuitive. Extending into freelance writer platforms, or design applications for graphics is not as smooth as I would like. **What problems is Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Interesting is that thanks to Desk, our internal communication and structure of content has been enriched. It is eliminated confusion because all people use the already updated version of documents and other materials. ### 2. Just started using desk and all looks fine to me. **What problems is Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?** - It provides me a flexible environment to author and prepare content for online and offline publishing. - Home page management is super easy and super fast. It's great, for automated dashboards and reporting which simplifies ticket tracking and monitoring. Honestly I can't find anything to say about it far! **What do you dislike about Desk?** The software lacks customization options that would better adapt it to production needs. Our clients can able to log their issues or doubts as a ticket. we can auto allocate the ticket to the staff, and he can able to answernit asap. **What do you dislike about Desk?** I didn't have the dislike points about Zoho Desk , but felt to improve some areas like ticket escalation part and ticket allocation part.
