What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint?

We appreciate the automation and peace of mind that Macropoint provides us. It eliminates the hassle and worry of tracking carriers. What do you dislike about Descartes MacroPoint?

None that come to mind - I know sometimes carriers push back on having to use it but if a carrier isn't willing to accept GPS tracking, it's probably not a carrier we want hauling our freight anyways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint?

I really appreciate being able to track my truckload shipments in real time, both before and after pickup. This feature is particularly useful when trucks are running late for pickups and I have to coordinate with shipper personnel who may need to stay after hours to load. What do you dislike about Descartes MacroPoint?

One drawback of MacroPoint is its pricing structure. It would be preferable if users could pay solely for the loads actually tracked in the system, rather than being required to purchase a monthly minimum block of loads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
