This product offers only minimal customization options to suit your specific work area requirements. The GPS system is not updated frequently, and there is no way to manage settings or updates from the main account. Instead, each driver must update their device or account individually. In my experience working for FedEx, there is an option to have devices set up, but this process involves sending the devices in and waiting for their return, which leads to additional time and cost concerns.
