**What do you like best about Deputy CRM?**

I like that Deputy CRM combines CRM functions with workforce and scheduling management, which makes it easier to coordinate teams while keeping track of customer interactions. The interface is straightforward, and the reporting features are helpful for monitoring both client relationships and employee productivity.

**What do you dislike about Deputy CRM?**

Some of the integrations with external platforms could be smoother, and the mobile app experience, while functional, can feel limited compared to the desktop version. Adding more advanced customization options for reporting would also be a valuable improvement.

**What problems is Deputy CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deputy CRM helps solve the problem of managing both client relationships and workforce scheduling in one system. This reduces the need to use multiple tools, improves team coordination, and ensures that customer interactions are not overlooked. For me, this has translated into more efficient communication with clients, better scheduling of tasks, and an overall smoother workflow.
