**What do you like best about DeNA Co., Ltd.?**

DeNA does a good job of adapting IP in fun and engaging ways.  Just because you have well-known characters doesn't mean the game is going to be a hit, it must operate well, be challenging (but winnable), and not depend too much on players just paying to win (those games are very short-lived).

**What do you dislike about DeNA Co., Ltd.?**

I do not think they handle sunsetting games well.  Because they are using licensed IP a lot of times, if those contracts expire, the game has to be pulled, and they just haven’t always done that smoothly and transparently.

**Recommendations to others considering DeNA Co., Ltd.:**

Make sure you have a long-term plan, well-defined milestones/goal, and an exit strategy.

**What problems is DeNA Co., Ltd. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DeNA has made some really fun games, their Marvel Card Game was a particular favorite of mine.  They did a Star Wars tower defense game that I enjoyed as well.
