**What do you like best about DemandFarm?**

I think DemandFarm is a useful tool for strategic selling. Strategic accounts are multi-layered and have numerous internal touchpoints. It's important to have everyone aligned internally on the customer paradim and I feel DemandFarm helps accomplish this.

**What do you dislike about DemandFarm?**

There is a bit of a learning curve with DemandFarm. I have not used it previously at other companies - so it has taken some time to get up to speed. I think with more time and increased usage, I should be able to maximize the effectiveness of the tool.

**What problems is DemandFarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DemandFarm helps me have a better understanding of the organizational chart for large strategic accounts. I think this is very important for top-down selling. With more and more colleagues having touch points in these accounts, it's important that everyone is aligned on key players.

**What do you like best about DemandFarm?**

My Sales Manager was looking for software to help do account planning. I found this to be a better application for the team.  The tools in the application give the sales members a better approach to their customers and selling our product.  The functions around the tool is adaptable in all areas, contacts, account plans, and Opportunity matrix.

**What do you dislike about DemandFarm?**

I am a new user so I've not found any dislikes yet.

This tool helps my sales team manage their day-to-day customer-facing touches and measures Opportunity planning within the salesforce.com interphase.

**What do you like best about DemandFarm?**

We utilize the Org Chart tool to help our sales team with enterprise account planning. The native integration with Salesforce is incredibly helpful and allows us to easily see the org (and parent account information) in one place. Additional features like LinkedIn connections and Opportunity info have also been beneficial.

The Customer Success team is fantastic and works closely with customers to resolve any issues and build feedback into their product roadmap.

**What do you dislike about DemandFarm?**

Initially, we noticed that some of the information was slow to load, and there were a few bugs in the workflow. We worked with the account team to resolve issues, and they consistently improved performance through each new product update/release.

**What problems is DemandFarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A visual org chart is key to understanding our level of engagement across the entire account, where we have relationships with key stakeholders and where we are sure to fail if we do not engage with other key decision makers.

**What do you like best about DemandFarm?**

It forces us, as Account Managers, to go back to basics (SWOT and account information) to help us review our current situation so we are able to strategize better. I like the presentation mode - I no longer have to worry about how the information should be presented!  Everyone will present their data in an orderly and consistent manner.

**What do you dislike about DemandFarm?**

Not a dislike but a suggestion.  When you go on presentation mode, it would help if they provide a link going to the raw data (or part of the demand farm) so we know what to change if needed.  Or, they can also highlight parts/fields of the DemandFarm so we know what will be included in the powerpoint presentation.

**Recommendations to others considering DemandFarm:**

top Leaders/mgmt should have robust plan in introducing and making DF a part of their lives.  When training, 1 hour per week and practice really helps.  It will take time but it is worth it.

DF helped me assess the opportunities that I can offer my clients and take note of it using the TASK feature.

I like how all elements of an account are laid out and clear to see.

**What do you dislike about DemandFarm?**

From a Sales Ops perspective, I struggle with not being able to use as much of our customization in the tool.  Also, from a Ket account flagging perspective, I need to be a system admin which causes me a little grief when needing to quickly make adjustments to the parent-child relationship.  Also our products are not always black and white and this is how we are tracking the buying centers progress.

DemandFarm allows you to create org maps for your customers in an easy, quick way. This is valuable in understanding accounts and transferring knowledge of an account. Understanding the basic reporting hierarchy and also how some in the org may feel about your SW can be valuable. Their whitespace analysis coudl also be valuable

**What do you dislike about DemandFarm?**

IMO, DF also adds in a bunch of additional features that I don't find useful. Getting to the finer points of Opportunity Org Charts, and other features of their SW that they push, but I don't think is worth the time to fill out

**Recommendations to others considering DemandFarm:**

Again, good tool but for a narrow use case. Not going to solve all problems

**What problems is DemandFarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Org mapping and transferring this knowledge to new AEs and CSMs is the msot beneficial. Because at times the benefit is not always clear, it has been difficult to drive adoption across the org

I can create Opportunities for different levels of probabilities, Keep opportunities in various levels of confidence. We integrated DF with our internal company CRM called CMS.

While creating the opportunities, the commitment to the numbers is for both prospects and numbers associated with the chance. Should have some provision to have the opportunity with a committed bucket with non-commit numbers related to option.

To easy farming of opportunity, Track the options on the table effectively and relentlessly.

**What do you like best about DemandFarm?**

The dashboard feature they have added to the initial account planning page has been very useful.  The tool has become a useful strategic planning tool instead of a static plan.  Working through different scenarios gives me a single vision of each account that I can't really get anywhere else.

**What do you dislike about DemandFarm?**

Some features seem antiquated, but we have been able to find workarounds.  For instance the Account Plan submission. Once the plan is submitted it cannot be changed.  That is just not how business is done.  Things are always changing and being able to capture everything inside of this tool is key.

Account planning has become simpler.  I can be more strategic with where I spend my time based on what will net me the most for my efforts.  Benfit of housing everything in one place.

Org chart is my favorite part of the tool. I also like the overall account profile to see at a high level where we are at in an account. The Salesforce integration is grat as well.

**What do you dislike about DemandFarm?**

The heatmap could be easier to use if you could add buying centers from the actual map and the communication matrix needs the ability to add an activity straight through the matrix page.

Take the time upfront to get it set up exactly how you want. Get it done for all accounts right away and iterate on them after every touchpoint with the customer.

We are solving problems around where to focus our time on accounts. Our accounts by the nature of our product have a lot of things going on and different projects. Account planning has enabled us to spend time on the areas of biggest opportunity.

The integration of the different modules makes it a valuable instrument for organisations to manage, monitor and adapt customer planning. It gives a total transparent overview of all activities based on relationships with the different players in the power base. Push the button and the complete account plan appears!

**What do you like best about DemandFarm?**

At my previous company (a SaaS startup operating across global markets), we had reached the point in our growth where a more sophisticated approach to account planning and management was necessary for both our sales and customer success teams. As longtime Salesforce users, finding a solution that was highly integrated or even native within the CRM was crucial, and DemandFarm was a quick and easy choice. After a simple and painless implementation, our team was immediately able to really take our operations to the next level when it came to our larger and more complex accounts.

The DemandFarm team was always prompt, courteous, and helpful. Allen was a pleasure to work with as both a prospect and customer, and I won't hesitate to do so again in future roles requiring a product such as theirs.

I don't really have much to add on this side. For some more unique and unusual internal data structuring, we had to get some custom assistance, but that was fully on our end. DemandFarm was completely accomodating with getting us set with these, so no things to dislike from my perspective.

We were solving the challenges of needing a more sophisticated account planning process across our customer lifecycle. Selling into larger and more complex organizations required better strategies and products to help manage that, so the benefits of DemandFarm were immediately helpful.

Best account planner for keeping track of account health on an individual deal level provides detailed account info with an option to analyze the growth and health of your account. Users can easily track and compare their financial gain and customize it as per their needs. It is easier to keep track of meeting with stakeholders monthly with this account planner. Planning growth strategy and comparing it with actual growth just got easier with demand farm's account planner.
Overall, great user-friendly experience. Fast and up to date as per market requirement.

DemandFarm is still growing and evolving so there are still a lot of opportunities to improve the overall user experience. But it is also good to be catching DemandFarm at this stage because they're very receptive to our requests and recommendations.

The biggest problem solved by DemandFarm is our account planning strategy. It provides us with a wholistic view of an account. The structure of the campaign summary and the different options on how. to view it. It is also incorporated in Salesforce directly so it is easier to access anytime.

I dont really dislike but I feel there is a way to improve it in such a way that it should be part of daily check for every sales or cs person in the company like daily logs or use it more on the opportunities' part.

The computation part where sometimes I dont get it. It might be in the backend but I am not so sure. One stop shop is the benefit for me as I know where to go on top of head.

Right now these are the only modules that are near working the way they need to therefore I can't add any other modules to this list. Hopefully, once we've completed our review of the tool and roll it out again it will improve.

**What do you dislike about DemandFarm?**

1) Navigation - there are too many ways to navigate. When you move into "Plan" navigation changes again - very confusing. 
2) The tool requires quite a high level of training and skill in order to complete the basics. This was not accounted for in our deployment and therefore we have busy Sales people who now need to become tooling experts as the required support is not in place.
3) Plan section is too open and not structured enough, therefore, our Account Plans are not standard - standardisation was a key objective of deploying DF. I appreciate that our dev team may have requested this. Lesson learned = I recommend the Demand Farm guides customers towards a more structured approach.
4) Dependencies on other tooling like SF / EAC were not understood therefore some modules are not effective or working at all in some cases.

**What problems is DemandFarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unfortunately, successful deployment has been highly challenged due to insufficient resource identified for rollout and tool complexity. We have realised limited benefits to date and are putting an action plan in place for the evolution of our approach with a subsequent re-launch. This will include de-scoping elements of the tool until they are deemed to be working and delivering value.

The Org charts are my favorite.  Knowing how the organization is structured and who I have been talking to helps me when I'm meeting with my leadership to talk about progress and next steps.

Sometimes the presentation feature is buggy.  Hard to load my slides or even download them.  If you're able to speed up the process of transferring data to a slide format, then I would actually use the feature.

Helps me save time when looking at all the contacts I'm prospecting.  I can quickly identify who I've gone after and who is up next.  Helps me set account goals and stick to them.  Last a single repository for everything related to an account.

What I like best about DemandFarm is the ability to zoom in and out of insights from your most strategic business relationships. Devoted account teams that ensure data flows seamlessly.

Without having our financial data linked into Salesforce, it becomes a cumbersome process for entering financial data related to accounts.

Use the Customer Success team that's available to you, they're amazing!

Org Chart is very useful for large sales teams or post-acquisition sales. Basically allowing you to plot out contact details & relationships within an account, based on things like their role in the buying process/opinion of your product/etc.

**What do you dislike about DemandFarm?**

Nothing - I had minor issues with organizing my data prior to implementation but the DF support team (shout out to Allen) was not only responsive & helpful from a technical standpoint. they also helped me better understand the overall strategy for what we were hoping to accomplish.

**What problems is DemandFarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With high turnover in sales - DemandFarm helps us to quickly onboard sellers to new accounts & territories, using the insights that have been gathered already & without having to start from scratch. With our enterprise team, we use the CRO features to plot out our active lines of business & determine potential areas to grow revenue with existing customers.

DemandFarm gives us better visibility into the health of our account relationships through the feature-rich Org Chart and Communication Matrix tools.  We especially like the Account Heatmap and its visualization of our current and future revenue opportunities. Overall, DemandFarm has helped us improve the structure and collaboration for our account planning.

A feature-rich system like DemandFarm can also have a steeper learning curve for end-users, but the Sucess team at DemandFarm has gone over and above to help our team learn the functionality and to make themselves available as we need.

**What problems is DemandFarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted more robust and proactive account planning in order to profile our key customers as well as identify and track account objectives and growth opportunities.  We also wanted to facilitate collaboration between our Customer Success Managers and Account Executives.  With DemandFarm, we have a more complete view of our accounts and account strategies that we can review and work on as a team.  We also are able to more clearly pinpoint gaps and risks, so that we can more quickly take action.

The system is native inside of Salesforce. It is fairly easy to operate and administrate. Provides a great service added to Salesforce. The customer support has been amazing in regard to upgrading the packages.

I don't love the UI. It is clean and functional but a little slow. It is written on Visualforce and not the newest tech stack from Salesforce. Updating usually requires contacting DemandFarm customer support. It would be nice if we could upgrade from the app exchange.

We use DemandFarm to bring our Account Org Charts inside of Salesforce. There native tools that live inside Salesforce are simple and clean. I think the system could be optimized and upgraded, but I have yet to find another tool that melds so well within Salesforce.

Quick and easy to get going, simple to use. Really aided from my position as a BDR in building a prospect account map and then during my regular catch up I could collaborate and working on a plan with my Enterprise AE

Initially some of the drag and drop feature or connecting contact with the map wasn't quite clicking and often if I needed to put someone above the highest contact in the tree this wasn't very intuative

I wouldn't call is a problem to solve, its more to increase vision into account for collaboration but also so that management/senior member of the team at a quick glance are able to see who we're working and just makes explaining, relaying or describing activity

The Demand Farm application has a couple of different modules but the account planning app is fantastic. The ability to map contacts based on the strength of their relationship and see that as a part of a comprehensive organization chart is one of the better features. Response time by the Demand Farm support team is also exceptional.

**What do you dislike about DemandFarm?**

From a more technical perspective, perhaps some of the custom triggers can be problematic if not properly considered as a part of other Sales Cloud-related changes. In the few instances where issues occurred, Demand Farm was quick to resolve.

**What problems is DemandFarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to share account plans across multiple individuals part of the account planning process has been improved. Rather than continuously share files between individuals, communication and collaboration has been consolidated to the account record in Salesforce.
