A fast, easy, low-cost digital solution, Deluxe Payment Exchange gives you the choice of how payments are made – digitally or printed and mailed for you – and gives your recipients options as to how they receive them. Payments can be sent as an eCheck or Print+Mail. eChecks are a completely digital payment in which the payee chooses their deposit method (i.e., direct deposit, deposit to a debit card, or deposit to PayPal). Print+Mail checks will be delivered to the payee on high security check stock in the mail and can be deposited like any paper check. Deluxe Payment Exchange integrates seamlessly into existing payment options, while offering business more choice, flexibility and control over how and when to send payments. Of course, for any number of convenience fees. **What do you dislike about Deluxe Payment Exchange?** In almost 5 decades I have never had the displeasure of having to incur an expense just to obtain my payroll check, that is, until Deluxe eChecks. What a shame that businesses are so misled by thinking it is a good option to charge your employees for the right to get the check for work they have already performed. It's truly disgusting. We never use our printer, so we incurred about $100 in expenses to be able to take advantage of the only free option to receive my spouses payroll check. This is the kind of thing that erodes employee engagement and is putting us in a place of searching for another company to work for. Please think of your employees if considering this product. I need to figure out how to sync it with QuickBooks. It takes a few steps. **Recommendations to others considering Deluxe Payment Exchange:** It's a must for small business to send money quickly, easily, and cheaply **What problems is Deluxe Payment Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sends real checks via email. So, our recipients get them as fast as wiring for a fraction of the cost. I've had to wire people money which is a hassle and costs $35. This emails checks in seconds for less than 50 cents. It saves the wiring fee and it's even cheaper than sending a check.
