I find Deltek Vantagepoint can be slow at times, which affects its efficiency. It's also frustrating that custom-built reports are challenging to create and often require the help of a consultant or an in-house developer. The UI of the product is great and really intuitive. I like the customization features and that I can track my projects in a streamlined manner. I appreciate that the program is fairly easy to implement for new users that we integrate on our teams as well. There is not much I dislike, more that I would love to ADD to the program itself. I would LOVE to be able to clean up the plan and resource views much easier.
