In my words, some time setting up and configuring the software can take lot of time and be hard, especially when it has to work with systems or workflows that are already in place. this might cause problems during the startup phase. also S&OP provides feature for managing sales and operations planning, but some user may not find all features easy to use or lacking in customization options.
