**What do you like best about deeploi?**

What sold me on deeploi wasn't just the automation, it was how much thought went into the edge cases. Employee offboarding used to be a source of low-grade anxiety for me: did we remember to revoke access everywhere, did anything fall through the cracks. With deeploi, offboarding is a structured workflow instead of a mental checklist, and that alone has removed a recurring source of stress.

The device lifecycle management is another standout. New hires get their laptop pre-configured with the right software bundle for their team before day one, so there's no scrambling on my end and no "wait for IT" delay for them. When someone leaves or a device gets swapped, everything is tracked and accounted for rather than living in a spreadsheet somewhere.

I also appreciate that deeploi doesn't feel like a black box vendor relationship. Support response times are fast, and the people you talk to actually seem to understand our setup rather than starting from scratch every time. It's clear the platform has been shaped by real customer feedback rather than built in isolation. Small workflow details work the way you'd want them to, which usually only happens when a team is genuinely listening to users.

For a smaller team without a dedicated IT department, deeploi effectively lets us punch above our weight on IT maturity without hiring for it.

**What do you dislike about deeploi?**

We use some niche tools that were not integrated yet. After talking to the deeploi team, they have included these integrations quickly, though.

**What problems is deeploi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before deeploi, IT was something that happened to whoever had the most patience on the team, which in practice meant me. Admin rights, software installs, account setups, none of it was anyone's actual job, so it got handled inconsistently and usually late. That created real risk too: people had more system access than they needed simply because nobody had gone back to clean it up.

deeploi solves that by making IT administration an actual system instead of a set of favors. Access rights are managed per device and per role, so I'm not guessing who can do what, I can just check. Software bundles mean a new employee is productive on day one instead of day three, and I'm not the one manually installing tools or chasing down license keys.

The other problem it solves is responsiveness. Employees used to route every small tech issue through me because there was no better option. Now there's an actual support channel that resolves things quickly, which means fewer interruptions for me and faster fixes for them.

The overall benefit is that IT stopped being a background source of risk and inefficiency and became something predictable. I get time back, our setup is more secure than it used to be, and employees aren't stuck waiting on me for things that should be simple.
