What I like best about Medallia DXA is the ability to see real customer behavior through session replays and journey analysis. It provides concrete visibility into where users struggle, abandon flows, or encounter friction that traditional analytics often miss.

What I dislike most about Medallia DXA is the amount of manual effort required to extract insights. Session replays and journey views are powerful, but reviewing them can be time-consuming without very targeted use cases.
