DealJourney Reviews & Product Details

Most companies pay for far more CRM than they use. Licences sit unused, half the modules were never switched on, and the team still keeps its real pipeline in a spreadsheet next to the system. DealJourney is a complete CRM for Nordic companies with roughly 5 to 200 users. Pipeline, invoicing, subscriptions, commissions, support desk and workflow automation live in one place, so you stop paying three vendors to do one job. What you get A pipeline the whole team can see, instead of three people keeping three private lists. Quotes that become invoices without anyone retyping them. A shared inbox with tickets and SLAs, so support requests stop disappearing into email. Dashboards for win rate, renewals, churn and customer lifetime value. Customizable stages, sales sequences and a built-in dialer for the people who actually sell. We change the product as fast as you need it This is the part large platforms cannot match, because their economics forbid it. A customer asks for a change and it ships in weeks, not at the next annual release. We publish what we shipped in a live changelog, so the claim is checkable rather than promised. One system, and your data stays yours We move your data across from your current CRM for free. Migration is normally where switching dies, quoted at a price that makes staying put the easier decision. Contacts, deals and history come with you. Built for how the Nordics sell Two-way sync with the accounting systems Nordic companies actually use: Tripletex, Fiken, Fortnox, e-conomic and PowerOffice. When a deal is won, the invoice appears in your ERP with no double entry. DealJourney also integrates with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, ProspectFinder, Telavox and Phonero, and has an open API. The product and the support are available in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and English, and someone answers. Who uses DealJourney Practical businesses rather than technology businesses.
