"Solid API and Clean Visit Metadata That Deliver Real ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

The API is solid, we pull data into our warehouse and build our own scoring on top of it. The visit metadata (source, campaign, keyword) is clean and reliable. We also found out the landing page URLs keep the full query string, which let us extract Google Click IDs and feed conversions back to our ads, that alone paid for the subscription. UI is simple, does the job. Setup took about an hour. Support was responsive when we had API questions. Company identification has improved over the past year, decent coverage for our traffic size. Good ROI if you actually use the data instead of just browsing the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

The industry tags on companies are hit or miss, we ended up ignoring them and classifying companies ourselves. The "is in Salesforce" flag wasn't reliable either so we had to match against SF on our own. API pagination works but feels dated. And the ICP scoring they offer is basically empty, we never got useful results from it so we built our own. Would be nice if they exposed more fields through the API, some stuff you see in the UI doesn't come through. Not dealbreakers but you end up building workarounds. Response from Zsofia Molnar of Leadfeeder

Hi Steve,

thanks for the detailed review, especially the note on using landing page query strings to pull Google Click IDs back into your ad optimization, that's a great example of getting real ROI out of the data instead of just browsing the dashboard.

Glad the API and visit metadata have held up well enough to build your own scoring on top of them.

On industry tags, the Salesforce flag, and ICP scoring, those are fair misses and we've passed the specifics along to our product team, including the request for more fields exposed through the API. Appreciate you pushing the product hard enough to find the edges.

"Disappointing Renewal Experience, but Strong Leadership Response"
4/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

I was impressed by how Leadfeeder’s leadership ultimately handled my concerns. After reviewing the situation, their VP of Customer Success reached out personally, acknowledged that the renewal and cancellation process had not been handled correctly, cancelled the subscription immediately, and took full ownership of the issue.

While the original experience was frustrating, the transparency, accountability, and willingness to make things right significantly improved my impression of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

The renewal and cancellation process still needs improvement. I did not receive a renewal reminder before my annual renewal date, and there was no meaningful warning that the 30-day cancellation window was closing. Although I contacted Leadfeeder before the renewal date, my initial cancellation request was denied because it fell inside that notice window.

Leadfeeder should provide clear renewal reminders, prominently communicate cancellation deadlines, and allow reasonable flexibility when a customer makes a good-faith request before the actual renewal date. To the company’s credit, senior leadership later reviewed the situation and resolved it fairly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Zsofia Molnar of Leadfeeder

Hi Eric,

thank you for the detailed feedback, and for sharing both sides of your experience. We're glad our VP of Customer Success was able to step in, take ownership, and resolve things fairly, that's the standard we want to hold ourselves to from the start, not just after something goes wrong. Your point on renewal reminders and clearer communication around the cancellation window is well taken, we've shared it with the team responsible for that process.

Glad Leadfeeder was still useful for surfacing companies your sales team could research and prioritize alongside your other tools.

"Great tool for aiming at the right sales targets"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

Easy to integrate and use. Efficient way to fill up you sales funnel with qualified leads thanks to easy filtering options. Integrates nicely with PIPDRIVE. Besides the functionality, the online support is superb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

If you need to setup a specific filter it is not that easy to understand all the options. Also for a non native speaker, a German Version would be helpfull. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Zsofia Molnar of Leadfeeder

Hi Markus,

thank you for the great review, and for sticking with Leadfeeder over the years. It's great to hear the Pipedrive integration and filtering are helping you fill your funnel with qualified leads, and that support has been solid along the way.

Good news on the German version, you can actually set that under your Personal Settings, language preference is right there if you switch it over. On filter setup, that's fair, we've shared it with the team.

Glad tracking who's visiting your site and from where is giving you the clarity you need.

"Optimize Market Analysis with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

I like the web tracking section of Leadfeeder. It's my favorite part. The section dedicated to targeting also helps me a lot in market analysis. I find it very useful, easy, intuitive, and therefore highly recommended. The initial setup process was very simple and intuitive, and the user experience is very clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

The enrichment of contacts should be improved, as it is not yet happening smoothly in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Zsofia Molnar of Leadfeeder

Hi Francesco,

thank you for the kind review. It's great to hear that web tracking and the targeting section are helping with your market analysis, and that setup felt simple and intuitive from day one.

On contact enrichment, that's a fair point and we've shared it with our product team so it's on their radar.

Glad Leadfeeder is helping you spot and reach the right prospects in time, that's exactly the goal.

"Customer since 2020, but no longer, avoid."
0/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

The platform integrated with HUbspot and allowed for multiple domains to be tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

Extremely deceptive billing practices. They provide no heads up about your renewal (I was paying yearly). So once the charge comes through and you wish to cancel, they immediately share their policy that says you must cancel 30 days before renewal... but they don't ever give you a heads up that the renewal is coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Zsofia Molnar of Leadfeeder

Hi there,

Thank you for being with us since 2020, and for mentioning the HubSpot integration and multi-domain tracking as highlights. We're glad those parts worked well for your team.

We're sorry your renewal experience left you feeling this way, and we'd like to look into your account and see what we can do. Could you reach out to us at support@leadfeeder.com and mention this review? We'll make sure the right team picks it up.

"Configurable Buying Intent Scoring for More Accurate Insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

I’d like the buying intent score to be configurable based on specific pages, so it better reflects intent depending on which pages a visitor views. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

Sometimes it can’t identify the correct domain or company, which may be related to using a corporate VPN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Zsofia Molnar of Leadfeeder

Thanks so much for taking the time to review Leadfeeder, and for the detail on how you're using it.

It's great to hear buying intent scoring is helping you prioritize which companies to focus on, and that having visibility into what a prospect already viewed makes your demo conversations sharper.

On configuring intent by page, you can actually set that up yourself, under Settings/Goals you can define what counts as high intent for your team, so it reflects the pages that matter most to you.

On the domain identification gaps with corporate VPNs, that's a known challenge with IP-based matching, if you want to flag specific cases where it's missing companies, reach out to our support team and we'll take a look.

"Excellent for visitor tracking and B2B prospecting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

This is one of the best tools for tracking website visitors and understanding how they navigate through different pages. It’s also very effective for quickly finding company information and identifying key people along with their contact details. Additionally, the integration with HubSpot and Google Ads is extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

There isn’t much I dislike, but I do have two main concerns. First, the user interface could use some improvement, as it’s not as intuitive as I would like. Second, the visitor tracking features are lacking; the data shown here doesn’t always match what I see in HubSpot and Dealfront, which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turns Anonymous Website Visits into Actionable Company Leads"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

What I like best about Leadfeeder is how it turns anonymous website traffic into actionable business insights. Instead of just seeing numbers in analytics, it shows which companies are visiting your site, what pages they explore, and how engaged they are—making it much easier to identify potential leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

One downside of Leadfeeder is that the data isn’t always perfectly accurate—some visitor identifications can be incomplete or misleading, especially when companies use shared IPs or VPNs. This can occasionally result in irrelevant or low-quality leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Zsofia Molnar of Leadfeeder

Thank you for the thoughtful review.

It's great to hear Leadfeeder is helping you move past just watching numbers in analytics and actually prioritize outreach based on which companies are repeatedly engaging with key pages.

On the identification accuracy point, you're right that shared IPs and VPNs can sometimes surface the telecom or network provider instead of the actual visiting company, we're actively working on a new identification approach to improve accuracy and cut down on that kind of noise. We're also steadily improving completeness on identified company profiles (things like logo, description, and URL), with more of that rolling out over the coming months.

Glad it's helping marketing and sales align around the same data and focus effort on leads more likely to convert.

"Great Tool for Identifying Website Visitors and New Leads"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

Leadfeeder gives us valuable insight into who is visiting our website and helps us identify potential clients we may not have reached otherwise. It’s straightforward to use and provides clear visibility into which companies are visiting our site. The integration with our CRM makes it easy to follow up with the right people at the right time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

Sometimes the data on smaller companies can be incomplete, and not every visit turns into a meaningful lead. Pricing may also be high for smaller firms. The contact information provided isn’t always perfectly matched, so it still requires some manual research. The dashboard can feel a little limited compared to more advanced analytics tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
