What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

What I appreciate the most is the ability to intercept hot leads when they visit our site, which allows us to contact them at the right time, in anticipation of a future purchase. Moreover, prospects are increasingly unresponsive to traditional outreach methods (phoning and mailing), as they wish to remain free to choose the time that suits them. What I like less about Leadfeeder is that some identified companies sometimes lack precise details, which can complicate lead qualification. Regarding your feedback on remote work identification, you're absolutely right that IP-based tracking can present limitations. However, we want to mention that if remote workers are connected to their company’s VPN, Leadfeeder is often still able to detect and display their company visit information and website behavior. This can help bridge the gap in visibility caused by remote work setups.

What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

My biggest disappointment was the subscription and renewal experience. Leadfeeder requires at least 30 days' notice to cancel an annual subscription and was unwilling to make an exception even though I requested cancellation before the renewal date. We had simply consolidated our sales technology stack and no longer needed overlapping functionality with HubSpot and ZoomInfo. While I understand the policy was part of the agreement, I was disappointed that there was no flexibility for a long-time customer who had previously recommended Leadfeeder to clients. I would encourage prospective buyers to fully understand the annual renewal terms and cancellation requirements before subscribing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leadfeeder helped us identify companies visiting our website that weren't converting through traditional forms.
