**What do you like best about Deal Cloud?**

For our investment banking team, we have found that using Deal Cloud is helpful. One has a centralized data repository while the other comes with one’s flexible workflows that have really helped to enhance our deal management.

**What do you dislike about Deal Cloud?**

The data can only be exported and then processed in another program to generate the full report of the logged activities.  There are no inherent reporting features that allow users to get more insight with sophisticated analysis or graphical tools.

**What problems is Deal Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deal Cloud mitigates issues with having numerous disconnected spreadsheets, such as Excel or various email threads. This eliminates guesswork, enhances efficiency, and makes everyone on the team up-to-date with information.
