**What do you like best about DCVS?**

Merging can happen automatically and the branching can also be done automatically alongside they are quick.
People working on it (developers) can work offline
Single backup can be overcome by multiple copies of the software

**What do you dislike about DCVS?**

Large companies and organizations tend to face difficulty relying on DVCS.
It's hard to exchange files and other documents but they have to exchange huge repositories with servers.
Which is hard to push and pull the changes.
single source of truth for the project is best optimistic

**Recommendations to others considering DCVS:**

We use the DCVS for the central repository handling.

**What problems is DCVS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the DCVS for the central repository handling. 
We will have a central repository where is been managed by a group of our teammates and the others can clone the central repository in their local as a clone (which is identical).
People with the local repository do the necessary coding and push the changes using the source control.
Others can pull the changes and push accordingly which helps the teams to work on a single project and multiple can work on it.
Even people can merge the changes if they have merge issues(when multiple works on the same file).

Not really common to use widely, also want it to be easier to use.

**What problems is DCVS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To handle synchronization of the distributed repositories in the background.
