## DCatalog Reviews
  ### 1. no digital sales option

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** steve f. | web developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2023

**What do you like best about DCatalog?**

DCatalog is a great option to turn your PDF into an interactive flipbook

**What do you dislike about DCatalog?**

Unfortunately DCatalog has no built-in eCommerce solution for selling a PDF online

**What problems is DCatalog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DCatalog makes it easy to convert PDFs to interactive flipbooks.

  ### 2. Very customizable digital catalog software

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**What do you like best about DCatalog?**

DCatalog offered many options for customizing your digital catalog and included all features you would want.

**What do you dislike about DCatalog?**

The price for a small number of catalogs was quite high. Not super intuitive to use, took a bit of time to figure out how to implement all the features into the catalog.

**Recommendations to others considering DCatalog:**

There might have been changes made since I last use this tool about a year ago, but if their setup is still similar to what it was and you are looking for a digital catalog with lots of customization features, don't need to have a lot of online catalogs live at the same time and are ok with putting a bit more work into figuring out how everything works this might be the one for you. If you want one that is as easy as possible to use, I would go with a different software.

**What problems is DCatalog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Have an alternative to printed catalogs with more features, such as including videos, a clickable table of contents etc.

  ### 3. Great tool -- even better customer service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2020

**What do you like best about DCatalog?**

Overall:
We were looking for a way to offer an online, engaging experience with our marketing materials. We did a lot of research comparing options and landed on DCatalog because of their portfolio, platform and pricing. We’ve been working with them for a few years now and I have nothing but great things to say. Our account manager/rep is AMAZING. He has gotten on the phone with me and our team countless times to walk through and explain anything we’re unclear on. Plus, we added a new capability last year that required some algorithm work behind the scenes. Again, he was so incredibly patient and helpful with us as we asked questions and tested the logic. A really, really positive experience overall.

Pros:
•	Simple and clean user-friendly dashboard
•	Easy to use for the end consumer
•	Lots of functionality to customize and create an immersive experience
•	Incredible and responsive personal support

**What do you dislike about DCatalog?**

Cons:
I really don’t have anything to say here. Any obstacle I came across, Costa stepped in and helped me right away. The product and platform is exactly what we were looking for.

**What problems is DCatalog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to offer an engaging digital experience for customers to interact with our sales and marketing materials. The benefits include: huge cost savings (printed materials + cost of shipping vs. no-cost online), a better, more engaging customer experience, opportunities to connect with prospects faster.

  ### 4. A Perfect Fit for Magazines and Catalogs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard B. | Content Technology Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2019

**What do you like best about DCatalog?**

The admin dashboard is a pleasure to use, which features analytics (both built-in overviews and detailed Google Analytics integration), document upload and edition management features, as well as basic page editing features. The workflow of allowing designers to create PDFs using their software of choice (e.g., Adobe InDesign), and then handing them off to another team for upload to DCatalog, adding links and publication on the website is a perfect fit for us. Another feature we've really come to love is the ability to replace individual pages on a whim, such that typos can easily be fixed, as well as time-sensitive promotions removed after expiration, etc. This allows our magazine editions to remain evergreen and easily maintainable.

**What do you dislike about DCatalog?**

One minor annoyance I've observed is when I've tried using the provided link-building tools for creating circular links. The drawing tool provided is polygonal only-there is currently no ellipse tool-so circles have to be drawn using a series of straight lines, so they end up looking like octagons instead of perfect circles. If DCatalog were to provide an ellipse tool (similar to Adobe Illustrator and others) in addition to the polygonal tool, my only compliant would vanish!

**Recommendations to others considering DCatalog:**

Successfully integrated with Oracle ATG eCommerce shopping cart via API calls.

**What problems is DCatalog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking specifically for a way to publish a digital magazine on our website that included shopping cart functionality. DCatalog's shopping cart connects to our website's eCommerce platform via API, and thus allows readers to shop throughout the magazine, adding items to their cart along the way, and then check out through our normal website experience for order completion. We simply create product links using the DCatalog page editing tools, and product images then become clickable with a popup modal showing pricing, size selection, available colors/flavors, etc. DCatalog works exactly as we had hoped!

  ### 5. Excellent Product and Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phoebe O. | Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about DCatalog?**

DCatalog provides a great platform for our employees and customers to view all of our available content. It allows users to easily flip from page to page, search, and download the piece they are viewing. DCatalog is always open to our ideas, and they work with us to implement those ideas into the platform. Their customer service is excellent, and they are always willing to help and answer any questions we may have.

**What do you dislike about DCatalog?**

We are very happy with the DCatalog platform, and would highly recommend it to others.

**Recommendations to others considering DCatalog:**

DCatalog is an excellent platform that will greatly enhance your content. Their customer service is wonderful to interact with and very repsonsive.

**What problems is DCatalog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DCatalog is very easy to use, and it creates a great platform for our employees and customers to view our content. We are able to link to multiple URL's within a single piece of content through an automated process which saves a lot of time. The DCatalog platform offers a great interactive online experience for all users.

  ### 9. Wireless Standard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2019

**What do you like best about DCatalog?**

The best thing about this POS is the ability to work with multiple customers at the same time which allows multitasking easier and efficient.

**What do you dislike about DCatalog?**

The only thing I’d say I dislike about the POS is the high usage it needs and depending on the computer you are using, it may lag your PC a bit. Make sure you have plenty of RAM!

**What problems is DCatalog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Historical data has been very easy to obtain with using this POS. The benefits are less errors with our back office team.

  ### 10. Excellent upgrade since early Version

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2018

**What do you like best about DCatalog?**

It's much quicker to activate the phones and check eligibity.

**What do you dislike about DCatalog?**

The fact that I have to manually activate every single phone and add them manually to the family plan. Also its getting to be slow on a lot of systems.

**What problems is DCatalog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

through proper reporting and 30 dollars coupon, it's easier to track your sales

  ### 11. A great cloud-based POS system for your business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2018

**What do you like best about DCatalog?**

For reporting purposes I enjoyed the flexibility, I can customize and favorite reports to save them. I can also send notifications of daily reports to mobile devices. Another feature that has been useful is the product manager. I can enter products and codes needed and customize prices.

**What do you dislike about DCatalog?**

I wish improvement with importing. For commission reporting, it lags and it's not as simple to use it can get confusing. I also wish I could import inventory details instead of having to create one by one, we have also experience glitches where it just closes randomly .

**What problems is DCatalog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improves productivity and allows transactions to go by smoothly in every location.

  ### 12. Wireless Standard keeps everything simple and easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Translation and Localization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2018

**What do you like best about DCatalog?**

The best thing about Wireless is the ability to take payments from more than one company. For example, payments from different Cellular Carriers.

**What do you dislike about DCatalog?**

You can not access Qpay from Wireless anymore, only Incomm. Qpay gives your your reports and it is sort of a hassle to have another browser open to check the reports.

**What problems is DCatalog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Selling cellular devices and plans to the customer as well as taking payments. It makes everything easier to manage in one program.

  ### 13. Good software small wireless stores

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2017

**What do you like best about DCatalog?**

Easy software to use and easy to manage inventory.

**What do you dislike about DCatalog?**

The software doesn't have a good integration with ePay system.
Improve the commission management system

**Recommendations to others considering DCatalog:**

Make the system safer and more integrated to other tools (ePay), a lot of operation we need Download Activation, it should be done automatically.

**What problems is DCatalog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping manage our inventory and keep track of sales.
