dbExpress is a database-independent layer that defines common interface to provide fast access to PostgreSQL from Delphi and C++Builder including Community Edition on Windows and macOS for both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms. For this server, dbExpress provides a driver as an independent library that implements the common dbExpress interface for processing queries and stored procedures. As data-access layer is thin and simple, dbExpress provides high-performance database connectivity and is easy to deploy. You can use our driver in the same way as the one supplied by Embarcadero. dbExpress driver for PostgreSQL provides direct high-performance access to the PostgreSQL database server. It directly connects to the server without using PostgreSQL client software.

**What do you like best about dbExpress Driver for PostgreSQL?**

It is best in the market now. It implements the sql standard very well. It also support for advanced sql stuff like windows functions or common table expressions. It is very fast, easy, affordable prices and nice support.

**What do you dislike about dbExpress Driver for PostgreSQL?**

I don't think there is anything to mention which I don't like. It's excellent tool in the market with great features. Need to be add more stability otherwise it's awesome.

**What problems is dbExpress Driver for PostgreSQL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said it is an excellent tool and we are using it in programming an ERP system it supports best. And it is best to use PG Sql data access components to store and retrieve your own data as it is free open source.
