There are multiple lovable features in Datum360. The first and foremost is its integrability. You can integrate it into most of your data-generating tools through APIs to collect, classify, and store data. Then, it is rich in features to access, process, and display data in various dashboards. It is also an excellent collaboration tool for the working team, where data can be easily shared among team members and consumed and processed by them as per the business needs. There is no need to depend upon external collaboration tool for large scale collaboration with a global team participating from all different parts of the globe. Honestly, I don't see anything in Datum360, which I disliked. The customer service of the vendor is also excellent, the service representatives are quite friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Our needs had a wide spectrum - across many business areas, various geographies and time zones, hence getting services according to our needs was a challenge.
