The version has ancient colors, fonts and all the designs. I believe that an update, with a new, more user-friendly layout, would be a very significant step. **What problems is DataTrax solving and how is that benefiting you?** It generally facilitates the search for information and registrations, and it is also possible to internally check payment 'problems' for a quick resolution of some processing problems. ### 2. DataTrax is the leading supplier of ticketing solutions and sales management analytics to the tour and transportation industry worldwide **What do you dislike about DataTrax?** Datatrax is not user friendly, it requires training and technical knowledge to use it. A newbie can't use it without any training. Training are available on YouTube to watch for free. **What problems is DataTrax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Account-Based Marketing. Content Marketing. Conversion Rate Optimization Tools. Customer Data Platform (CDP) Demand Generation. Digital Analytics. Email Marketing. Event Management. ### 3. Being in a large call center makes it difficult to get work done. The account I'm looking at gets closed randomly and it's very frustrating. They pretty much covered every angle on how to get in contact with them and what they're about as a company! **Recommendations to others considering DataTrax:** Take the time to review which sales tool is best for you. It'll help with costs and accessibility for your employees! **What problems is DataTrax solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems I've been solving are mostly ticket sales! The benefits that came along are reducing costs and boosting productivity which has increased our performance as a company. ### 8. I understand the system well. **What do you dislike about DataTrax?** It crashes frequently and often stalls. It makes it hard to do my job when I'm in a high volume call center. It will randomly close out of the account that I am looking into which is extremely frustrating. The lagging makes it difficult to work efficiently. **Recommendations to others considering DataTrax:** The price is right, however, you get what you pay for. This is a hard software to want to endorse. It appears to be outdated, and could use an upgrade. **What problems is DataTrax solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to manage orders and accounts through DataTrax. ### 9. DataTrax does a great job of keeping everyone's information safe as well **What do you dislike about DataTrax?** The System seems to crash a lot and in the most inconvenient times. The IT support for DataTrax is pretty good at helping you to resolve these issues however. Additionally, adding information isn't as smooth as it could be. **Recommendations to others considering DataTrax:** Be patient with the system and learn to love it's quirks. The program has a lot of fail-safes that may seem annoying but they are in place to protect the users. **What problems is DataTrax solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are all able to access good information and we are all able to see the accounts of our members so we can best help customers. ### 10.
