"Good all-round database"
What do you like best about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

A lot of software that I've used I easily get tired of. It's safe to say that using the same software day in and day out can feel very tiring and uninspiring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

It can be hard to get support from M.S. It's hard to understand all the features at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great stable and reliable at a prices"
What do you like best about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

Very easy to setup, connect to and maintain. Can create and setup any database in less the 20 mins. That is of course what you expect from this kind of service. It also offers great monitoring tools on the dashboard so you can see real time usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

There nothing to dislike in particular. But azure is known for offering premium service, which they really are with great speed and up time. But that does come at a price. The cheapest database I could spawn was for around 20 USD per month which compared to other services is quite high. Having said this it does not put me off using their services as they are good and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best relational database for open source mysql"
What do you like best about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

It is capable to handle heavy load of data for storage and retrieval. In additional, rather than having an expensive in-house relational database for the business needs, Azure database by microsoft is cheaper and maintain by the microsoft experts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

The fact that our data will be off site and the security risk of it. Yes we know that it is secured by the expert but just the feeling of knowing that our confidential data is store elsewhere is and will always be a concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

Security of our data! Although Azure security is tight, there is still the possible of security breach and access to our data will be compromised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Azure Database - DBaaS"
What do you like best about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

Azure database is one of the amazing product I've come across that helped us solved all the business problems in our company. It is indeed one of the best tools for business analysts, DB administrators and the developers. Besides, it is easy to use, and it suitable for complex queries. Another advantage is that it now supports all the machine learning capabilities which makes it highly advanced in it's features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

The data as being generated in a huge amount today in a various format is what makes this product quite inefficient. Azure database like any other databases can only store structured data and it doesn't really do a good job in storing poorly structured messy data which makes it less desirable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MySQL Database system review"
What do you like best about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

I love how scalable Azure is. The database queries run pretty fast and it's never an issue for me when I need to execute large queries. MySQL is supported easily and connector to my web app is also seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

The pricing for Azure is kind of high. Not the cheapest out there for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Experience of using MySQL on Microsoft Azure."
What do you like best about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

I think the azure clod provides a convenient cloud based platform which can be used to store you data without the hassle of installation. It also helps multiple development teams to work on the same dataset thereby syncing the development process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

I think Microsoft azure don't have that much limitations that i dislike it but I think the speed can be improved. Apart from that, the pricing is also an issue as users can get cheaper service from other companies like amazon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly flexible and highly supported Database!!"
What do you like best about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

I liked the support provided by it for all the well known frameworks like Django , WordPress etc,it becomes so easy to merge your application with database using it,Microsoft manage and backup that resource for us so that we can focus on other aspects of the site. Plus, we will have the ability to scale up and down temporarily as traffic surges and then bringing it back down when it is not needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

it's pricing are little bit high while scaling it up!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
