What do you like best about CyberHosting?
I am a French E-commerce website owner specialized in Wild Teas from Vietnam (theduvietnam.fr). And sometimes, I also create websites for customers (small companies) in order to help them to market their businesses. I have to say that I was always struggling with hosting companies in order the get the right “hosting partner with decent support”. But that was before I knew about the CyberHosting team !
Wow ! I have been looking for fast servers and great support since ages ! Men, I can say that I tried a lot of different hosting companies. I actually switched from 6 different leaders in websites hosting before working with CyberHosting.
The thing is that, sometimes I met fast servers hosting companies but the problem was the support (and believe me, fast servers with awful support is useless). And sometimes the support was OK but comes with crappy servers.
That was before I met the CyberHosting team !
Indeed, Shoaib, Shaheer and Nasir did a wonderful job guiding me through all the server's jungle in order to find the right one (and I can say that I am a terrible novice in terms of technical stuff about hosting and servers) ! Cyberhosting is the best support team I ever worked with regarding Wordpress Hosting.
Their big plus was their flexibility and reliability :
Support available all the time (even on weekends).
Fast replies.
They also helped on “out of the fields” subjects where other big companies wouldn't.
Reliable backups and fast website restoration every time I was in trouble.
