Extremely Poor Billing Practices and No Way to Cancel a Paid Subscription

|CyberPanel
CyberPanel has an attractive concept as a free, open-source hosting control panel and offers a number of features that, on paper, make it an appealing alternative to cPanel. However it doesn't actually work. Unfortunately, my experience with the commercial side of CyberPanel, particularly its paid add-ons, billing system and customer support, completely overshadowed any positives.

CyberPanel has made managing my WordPress sites seamless for years

|CyberPanel
I’ve been using CyberPanel for three years now, running it on Hetzner servers to host all our WordPress sites. The control panel is easy to use and lightweight, so I can quickly spin up new sites or manage existing ones without digging through complex options. Automated backups, SSL setup, and one-click installs save me a ton of time. The integration with OpenLiteSpeed feels fast and reliable, especially when traffic spikes.
