I liked that CX Labs was local and willing to jump in and work with us. I appreciated the dedicated service and having direct access to leadership and the consultants we worked with. I thought their model was very fair and the pricing was really great. I appreciated their Salesforce expertise, the options they gave us, and how they explained what we could do rather than just telling us the right answer. I found it very easy to get updates, see progress, and have more frequent demos. I liked their flexibility with solutions and different systems, as well as their knowledge of integration options. I really appreciated being able to work with them on the gated-content form with direct lead entry into Salesforce, simplifying our case management with the milestones we wanted, and building a custom time-management solution. CX Labs provides invaluable Salesforce support to PWS, helping with everything from day-to-day requests to larger projects and system improvements.

They have been instrumental in supporting our new system project and the implementation of our new Salesforce org. They have also helped create a new bulk upload process, making it much easier and more efficient for us to manage large volumes of data.
