Salesforce does allow for broad customization, which seems much broader than other CRMs **What do you dislike about CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions?** I absolutely dislike the lack of service and support that Salesforce provides. Even when we have met with Salesforce reps, we were told they would brainstorm solutions and get back to us. When we wouldn't hear back we contacted Salesforce and would learn our Rep is no longer with the company and the process would start over with a new rep. This process happened so many times and it was very annoying **Recommendations to others considering CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions:** Be sure to have in house Salesforce experts. Salesforce provides the most minimal amount of support pre launch and once you go live the support is over and you will have to pay them in order to get more service and support **What problems is CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our proprietary system has some limitations on information we can collect and Salesforce does a great job of allowing us to capture this info. A lot of functions do not require the need for programming. A lot of support in the documentation and a big network of experts. Easy to make changes with no code. A lot of things users can do themsleves like creating reports and dashboards are available. Some functions in reporting like highlighting fields or capturing a time span is not abile to be done in reporting. Limited reporting abilities with non related objects. That requires a person to export the data to run. With Salesforce we were able to modernize the application with less need for a coder and make it on the cloud. ### 3. Having dashboards are usually pretty critical to us so that we can make sure our sales team and leadership can have line of site to what is coming down the pipeline. From a marketing perspective, its been instrumental to us to be able to see leads that we've sent, leads they are working on, and leads they have closed. Everyone seems to be very happy with it. So often times, we have just made do without the changes, and it leaves a bad taste in some of our mouths because we spent so much initially and to have to pay each time for a change is expensive.Its a very expensive software. For us, we had many legacy reps that kept rolodex's and used a different platform that was not mobile, not easy to use, and often times had bugs. Salesforce solved all of the above for us. When it comes to time spent, its very user friendly and easy to pick up. As we continue to add salespeople to our company, we've been able to have our Sales Enablement Manager learn the in's and outs so she can onboard each person that comes on.
