**What do you like best about Armanino?**

One of the team member on the staff was good with excel and helping with some data. That's it, not one other positive thing to say.

**What do you dislike about Armanino?**

Our implemenation experience was horrible. They call what they do the "train the trainer" concept. AKA, we could have watched videos on the internet and done it ourselves but were charged $290/hr for the "live training". They did not have indepth knowledge of the product and as a result, every question was "let me check and see" where they would call Sage. We wanted to just talk to Sage ourselves due to the long delay in receiving answers to our question but "it wasn't allowed".  If you choose them for your implementation, expect to pay a high premium for little to no service.

**Recommendations to others considering Armanino:**

I would never use Armanino again and I recommend you look elsewhere for services also.

Armanino helped us with our Sage Intacct implementation.

Armanino is very receptive and easy to work with.

I have not run into any scenarios with Armanino that were negative or anywhere close to negative.

**What problems is Armanino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Armanino is one of our top Microsoft Dynamics Partners. They do a great job of assisting all of our customers that we share that utilize both Cavallo SalesPad and Microsoft Dynamics GP and 365 Business Central.

**Describe the project or task Armanino helped with:**

Intacct Implementation

**What do you like best about Armanino?**

Our system is technically working and their post-implementation support has been pretty good.

**What do you dislike about Armanino?**

The implementation team and the sales team constantly underestimated time requirements. They didn't utilize our full contracted services with Intacct, leaving out entire add-ons that we will now cancel on our contract renewal (they recommended these add-ons and then didn't utilize them in the implementation!) Some part is our own fault, we came into the project largely ignorant of what the system could do (we were not experts in a brand new software, go figure) and relied solely on Armanino to help us implement and migrate, which they did finally achieve, but we missed every single deadline and missed our full implementation deadline by months. We still have integrations that are not complete and their development team is largely unresponsive at this point (a year later). There were points in the implementation where they were taking so much time to do things that we asked them to show us how to do it so we could do it for them. The same thing happened with some of the integrations, their team took literally months to throw together a simple integration which was only completed by OUR TEAM in the end. They are order takers and you need know exactly what you want down to the very technical level or your implementation will be a train wreck. They are not trying to fill in the gaps for you or providing advice. A lot of our problems stemmed from our team "not knowing what we didn't know" and Armanino making no effort to help us maximize the system. We walked into the implementation saying that we didn't want to directly copy our old system (which was decades old), but we wanted to maximize Intacct in all of its modern glory. Instead, we largely copied our system because the only question they know how to ask is "How are you doing it now?"

Find another company.

**What problems is Armanino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Armanino helped facilitate the implementation of a system that has helped us automate several processes and helped us clean up financials, but the way that Armanino went about it was possibly the most inefficient I've ever seen.

This helps us identify alternative strategies that might not be instantly apparent with our initial level of understanding. **Describe the project or task Armanino helped with:**

They assisted with implementing our Sage Intacct Software. They were able to set up our chart of accounts and our custom financial reports. They sticked with us until everything was perfect.

**What do you like best about Armanino?**

They make the system very easy to implement. Take all the guess work out and very detailed. They provide lots of training materials and testing materials.

**What do you dislike about Armanino?**

Extra cost to implement but well worth it to confirm correct setup.

**What problems is Armanino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to easily implement our software and test all factors. They had a very thorough walk through that ensured we would have no problems after set up.

**Describe the project or task Armanino helped with:**

The Resource Group (TRG) implemented Dynamics GP in 2010 as well as 2 subsequent upgrades.  Based on changing need, the recommended Sage Intacct to us in 2016 and implemented the ERP in late 2017. Additionally the company provides consulting support under an annual support agreement.

**What do you like best about Armanino?**

The consultants are very knowledgeable about the products they service.  They take time to understand the needs of their customers and offer sound advice.  The consultants are very responsive to  requests for assistance or information and have demonstrated excellent follow up on outstanding issues with the software provider. 

**What do you dislike about Armanino?**

I appreciate the request for dislikes in this survey, but find the "required" status for this response unnecessary.  Issues that we have had with TRG, that could constitute a dislike,  were never serious, did not jeopardize our on-going relationship and most importantly, addressed by TRG management.

**What problems is Armanino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our move to Sage Intacct was predicated on a better timesheet system.  The system has worked very well.  Another need was to include project expenses within the General Ledger.  TRG's recommendation has solved this issue.  Sage Intacct is out of the box with no customization, so TRG provides solutions to us to make the system work for our unique requirements.

TRG is very responsive and on knowledgeable.

Our group had no downsides when working with The Resource Group

From sales, to implementation tech, to customer service, The Resource Group has been great to work with.

We moved away from QuickBooks and Dynamics GP to a new GL solution, Sage Intacct. The TRG team was been knowledgeable and helpful throughout the conversion process. They had an organized process for us to follow during implementation and have been able to assist with any follow up questions that we have.

They had a good template and model for implementing Intacct. Have good experience doing non-profit implementations.

**What do you dislike about Armanino?**

Overall, I was very satisfied with them. Maybe they could be a bit more collaborative or provide advice on not just converting to Intacct, but on how to maximize its utility.

Understand clearly the scope of what you want to achieve. They possess extensive experience with Intacct implementations and offer various implementation models based on the complexity of the project.
