On both levels their help was amazing, the plugin was developed in accordance with our criteria nicely on time. The security reviews with their help was passed from the first try. I'd also like to point out that the team was very knowledgeable when it came to all the difficulties and complexities of the Salesforce processes. **What do you like best about Ergonized?** The instant communication of the project manager of our project - Dmytro. As well as the very knowledgeable support and input of the developer - Arthur. The hand-off of the plugin to my development team was very smooth and helpful as well! **What do you dislike about Ergonized?** Nothing to mention, everything was completely up to my expectations **What problems is Ergonized solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem I solved with Ergonized is a lack of deep expertise when it comes to Salesforce and Appexchange in particular of my own development team. I outsourced this experise to Ergonized and was very happy with that decsion :) ### 2. It has been easy to work with them. They have been thought partners, giving their opinions on our ideas, which has been extremely helpful coming from non-tech backgrounds. He would share better efficient ways to accomplish things that we were trying to do. We're currently working on mobile app development. **What do you like best about Ergonized?** Strong value. Dealing with overseas development firms is often an enormous challenge compared to hiring somebody locally. Ergonized has overcome all of this by being very responsive in their communications, proactive with the design and suggestions, good overall quality of dev work and support and reasonable pricing. **What do you dislike about Ergonized?** Explaining everything through e-communication slows things down sometimes over sketching something out together in a design session. But that's a challenge that everybody with a remote dev team will face and we've managed to work through it just fine. **Recommendations to others considering Ergonized:** Be very clear about your scope of work. The better prepared you are the better the partnership will go. **What problems is Ergonized solving and how is that benefiting you?** Designing and launching a new site with new to market functionality. ### 6.
