"Organized Dashboard That Keeps Candidate Stages Crystal Clear"
5/5
What do you like best about Cutshort?

Cutshort provides an organized dashboard where I can see which stage each candidate is currently in. There’s no need to track everything separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cutshort?

I think a couple more columns could be added or renamed, since a candidate who is shortlisted after profile screening won’t receive an offer right away. Instead, they would typically need to attend at least a couple of interview rounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cutshort Makes Tech Hiring Faster with Relevant Profiles and Smooth Outreach"
4/5
What do you like best about Cutshort?

I have been using Cutshort for the past 1.5 months for tech hiring and sourcing, and the experience has been quite positive so far. The platform has a clean and intuitive interface, which makes it easy to navigate through candidate profiles and manage outreach efficiently.

One thing I particularly liked is the relevance of profiles and the response quality from candidates compared to traditional job portals. It has helped streamline the initial sourcing process, especially for backend and engineering roles.

The platform is easy to use, onboarding is smooth, and the support team is responsive whenever needed. I also appreciate the filters and matching capabilities that save a good amount of manual effort during hiring.

Overall, Cutshort has been a useful addition to our recruitment stack, and I would definitely recommend it to recruiters and hiring teams looking for quality tech talent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cutshort?

One area where I feel there is room for improvement is the candidate pool depth for certain niche or senior-level roles, where the number of highly relevant profiles can sometimes be limited. Additionally, response turnaround from candidates can vary depending on the role and market demand.

Overall, Cutshort has been a useful addition to our recruitment stack, and I would definitely recommend it to recruiters and hiring teams looking for quality tech talent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good talent pool, Poor support, frustrating platform"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Cutshort?

Good quality talent pool with reasonable expectations on salary Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cutshort?

The platform is fundamentally crippled by a glaring omission of basic, essential features, making it practically unusable. The single biggest flaw is the complete inability to search for a candidate by name or email—a core function for any job board. With over 1,800 applicants, we were told this was an "advanced" feature locked behind a paywall, rendering the free plan useless. This frustration is compounded by rigid and inefficient workflows; for example, it's impossible to take any action on a candidate, even in bulk, without first manually shortlisting them, which creates a administrative bottleneck. When you inevitably run into these issues, getting help is an ordeal. The support is dreadful. 1 chat in 25 has actually been answered by a human. Most attempts to get help trap you with a chatbot that repeatedly asks for contact information you've already provided before a human ever intervenes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing AI Filters, Especially the Expected Salary Hike % Filter"
5/5
What do you like best about Cutshort?

The AI filters are amazing — the new filter on the % of expected salary hike is a really good addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cutshort?

One more add-on that could be useful is an industry-wise filter, where the talent database can be segmented and filtered based on specific industry categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My experience with Cutshort - Tech Hiring"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cutshort?

As an PeopleOps I was responsible for tech hiring,& I have found Cutshort to be an invaluable tool for streamlining our recruitment process.

There are several aspects of Cutshort that I particularly like but here are my top four favourite :

AI-Powered Matching: Cutshort uses AI to match candidates with job openings based on their skills, experience, and preferences. This feature significantly reduces the time and effort spent manually sifting through resumes and allows us to focus on the most relevant candidates.

Customizable Filters: The platform offers customizable filters that help us narrow down the candidate pool quickly. We can set specific criteria, such as location, experience level, and skills, to find candidates who closely match our requirements - It make our life quite easy with such feature;p

Continuous Improvements: Cutshort actively listens to user suggestions, making us feel appreciated and valued :) . They incorporate user feedback into the platform's updates, ensuring it aligns with our evolving needs.

Candidate Experience: Cutshort places a strong emphasis on the candidate experience. This is crucial for attracting top talent in the competitive tech industry. The platform provides a user-friendly interface for candidates and ensures a smooth application process.

The UI Design is quite appeling and make our monotous task quite engaging .

This are my top 4 favourite features :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cutshort?

While I've highlighted the positive aspects of Cutshort for tech hiring, it's essential to acknowledge potential areas of improvement:

Loading Time After Rejection: The loading time after rejecting a candidate can be a bit lengthy, which can slow down the workflow. Faster response times would improve efficiency.

Archiving Closed Positions: Currently, when a position is closed, it remains in the same dashboard, which can clutter the workspace.

It would be helpful to have a separate archive section where closed jobs can be organized for easier navigation and decluttering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cutshort: A Valuable Hiring Solution with Room for Refinement"
5/5
What do you like best about Cutshort?

What I like about Cutshort is their intuitive user interface and the impressive pool of talented candidates they offer. The platform's user-friendly design makes it easy to navigate and quickly find suitable candidates for our hiring needs. It's refreshing to see how Cutshort presents candidates who genuinely match our requirements, saving us valuable time and effort during the selection process. Their ability to showcase the right candidates has been a great asset for our hiring team.

Additionally, Cutshort has proven to be an effective solution for our hiring needs, as we have successfully onboarded a significant number of qualified candidates through their platform. The quality of talent available has consistently met our expectations, which has contributed to the growth and success of our organization. We appreciate the access to a diverse range of skilled professionals, enabling us to find individuals who align with our company culture and contribute to our goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cutshort?

While Cutshort has been a valuable platform overall, there have been a few instances where we encountered some technical errors. For example, there were occasions when the dashboard failed to open or experienced slow loading times. These disruptions temporarily hindered our workflow and created minor inconveniences. It would be beneficial if Cutshort could address these issues promptly to ensure a seamless user experience.

Additionally, although Cutshort's candidate matching algorithm generally presents relevant profiles, there have been a few instances where the suggested candidates were not as closely aligned with our requirements. While this is understandable given the complexity of matching algorithms, it would be advantageous if Cutshort could further fine-tune their system to enhance the accuracy of candidate recommendations.
