**What do you like best about Custimy?**

I am really impressed by Custimy's approach to customer segmentation and ability to be a 'single source of truth' for targeting and audience building across Klaviyo, Meta and Google ad platforms. 

Using their segments allows us to retain customers and drive repeat purchases with automated Klavioyo flows putting the most relevant and personalized offers in front of them at the right time. 

Plus, the more the AI learns about our current customers, that knowledge immediately informs our audience building in Google and Meta to retarget with consistent messaging and to build even better lookalike audiences for finding new customers. 

It's a customer data platform with huge potential.

**What do you dislike about Custimy?**

I haven't really found any downsides yet. Lots of data which is great and hoping that they will take a next step forward in using that to make concrete recommendations on actions to take based on it.

**What problems is Custimy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a single source of segmentation and ability to share that across the major marketing and ad platforms to build audiences.

**What do you like best about Custimy?**

I love how they simplified the CDP experience.

**What do you dislike about Custimy?**

There are only a few features I dreamed of that they don't have yet. I talked to the support who told me that these features are already on the way.

**What problems is Custimy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We both save a lot of time digging into our data and have gotten a better insight.
