Current RMS is straightforward to use and does have some good features. Implemented the software approximately 6 years ago. Support is good.

I do like how customisable the documents are - even though you would need some Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Current RMS is extremely slow to release new features, especially of late. Many of the features we have been asking for for years still have not been released.

It is missing (or has very limited or nonsensical) transport management, financial management, does not support meter readings and product exchange features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is very user friendly and it's an easy to learn system. The fact that it's cloud based means that we can access it from anywhere, a real improvement on our former server based system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd say one of the drawbacks it's how it handles logistics - trucks have to be booked out to a job, which means we can't just use it for our full logisitics system, as we have lots of trips that aren't related to specific jobs. This means we have to use additional systems and where possible we want to minimise these.

The template editing could be more intuitive and easy to use, and the views also take a bit more work than they should - if you select parameters that clash it doesn't flag that so you have to reopen and edit then come back out to see the changes; it just adds time and inconvenience.

Finally, it would feel more personal if you asked for a software change from an agent, rather than voting on them as a community - it means good progress might not happen as requests are duplicated/worded slightly differently or people don't spot them to vote for them.
