Dashboards stay fast, and we can jump from an SLO alert to the exact slow hop (e.g., model latency, vendor API, or queue lag) in seconds. AI-based smart sampling captures rich traces during campaign spikes without blowing up cost, and the managed, in-cloud deployment keeps telemetry in our VPC for compliance. I don't dislike anything but it is just that it only has monitoring capability but it doesn't have a cyber security module. Hence for cybersecurity capabilities we need to go to a different vendor.
