The dials sometimes freeze and can give misinformation if not read correctly.

Trying to figure out how we wanted the data to be pulled through from bullhorn was a little but of a headache for me. But not major!

Being able to pull reports extremely quickly and efficiently is ideal and has helped my job immensely

Problems - it gives me a visual and helps me clearly see if I'm hitting my targets. 
Benefits - seeing numbers on screen helps motivate me to increase my numbers, especially when it's against targets set.

The ability to quickly and in real-time review details metrics and numbers on how your team is performing both on an individual and group level. We can make fact-based decisions now that we can dive deep into the numbers and not make decisions based on feelings.

Hard to attribute placements to both a recruiter and account manager, more to do with our particular business set up than a Cube19 problem but having multiple ways to count placements would be a nice feature upgrade.

Wasting time on clients who aren't efficient. We can now run daily standups with real-time data, keep track of contractors that are ending and be proactive in setting up a competitive sales environment that keeps the floor motivated to perform.

The speed at which they respond to requests. No matter which one of their support team are working on a request, the standard is always the same.

I'd like even more features, especially new styles for CubeTV -  but they are constantly improving and open to suggestions from users for feature requests. Unlike other tools we use, we see these feature requests become reality more often than not. The user is at the centre of everything that they do

Make sure you have a dedicated person in house to get the most out of Cube19. You need someone that knows your company and can communicate exactly what you want Cube19 to do for you - once you can do that, their excellent support team can make it happen.

They solve lots of solutions but the new feature; Actionable Insights, is a real game changer - it's enabled us to harness our data and action it instantly in a way we were never able to before

In an era of complex sites, Cube19 has the "gift" to be one very clear and easy to use. It can be multi functional so everyone, working in different business sectors, can benefit from its use. Cube19 is the first Internet page I open on my arrival in the morning and the last one I close in the evening, before leaving the office: enough said!

**What do you like best about cube19?**

Because of the visuality and simplicity of the tool on the user side it is easy to implement and it helps triggering users to take care of the database behind Cube19 because they a) want to be competitive and b) can use these stats to map out their own career and milestones easily.

**What do you dislike about cube19?**

As an admin changing the group structure has to become easier than what it currently is. Additionally, from a Data Analyst point Cube19 is often limited when trying to cross-reference multiple metrics. It seems more like a Sales Analysis tool rather than a Business Analysis tool. Great for sales! With room for improvement from a holistic business view.

**Recommendations to others considering cube19:**

Generally, it helps if you have a clear goal of what you want to achieve with the usage of this tool. If you want it to be of maximum value, get everyone involved and communicate openly what you want to focus on. If everybody is aware then you have the best chances.
Furthermore, I recommend to create a (or multiple) target(s) on the business level and let that trigger down to the team and individual targets so each individual can see their contribution to the bigger picture (company goals, vision, etc.).
Be sure you are very clear on how you want your business to be set up as it can become a struggle to move about the group set up on here.

**What problems is cube19 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our main struggles was to get people using the system and give people clarity on how they fit into the bigger picture and contribute to success of the business as a whole.
OneView gives management and consultants a quick and easy summary of individual and team performances. And if the data there is not available it is because it is not in the system. We were able to increase our CRM usage while at the same time give more accessibility and knowledge to management and individual consultants.

**What do you like best about cube19?**

I liked how easy it is to pull-up the information you need, whether it was last week's numbers or last year and how you can customize the report to show weekly or daily, or if it need to show the amount or the unique count. You can also save the report that you always need, so the next time you need it, it'll just be one-click away, saving you time.

**What do you dislike about cube19?**

There's nothing to dislike but if there's one thing I can recommend that they include is, adding the individual employees (tagged as "Owner" on our end) when saving the report. Right now, regardless if you filter the owner before you save the report, the owners are reverted back to "All" when you pull the report again, prompting you to filter it again. Other than that, everything else is good.

Based on my personal experience, It's a user-friendly and time-saver tool. I can't say that this will work for you too but it's worth a try.

Being in the recruiting industry, it shows as the number of candidates in consideration for all jobs, interviews, offers, placements. It's a time-saver. You'll have an easy time pulling up the numbers that you need, giving you more time to analyze it and address opportunities.

**What do you like best about cube19?**

Everybody at all levels of the business has a clear and simple view of the activities they are responsible for, from a recruiter checking their own activity & pipeline to an MD reviewing the same items for an entire region. cubeTV is really good at helping to drive competition between offices/regions. The support team are friendly and efficient and the customer success team keep in regular contact to ensure we’re getting the most out of the system.

Slice & Dice can be quite slow if you’re a pulling a large dataset, but the same can be said for any reporting tool…

**What problems is cube19 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We weren’t looking to solve any particular problem but we did recognise the need for a more intuitive & simple solution to the in-house reporting tool. cube19 was absolutely the correct choice.

**What do you like best about cube19?**

The information you can pull from cube is so helpful and gives a clear picture of where we are as a growing business. The ability to see real time figures, such as billings, interviews, calls, CV sends, etc. is absolutely perfect. The new custom calendar feature has been great, we can now at the click of a button select different timeframes that match our company’s financial calendar which as a contract focused business is really important. You can also personalise the raw data in a way which suits the individual needs of the user, from the directors to the consultants. We can select a consultant, team or a whole department and at any point look at the previous months/quarters performance or look ahead to future targets. CubeTV is amazing because you can completely tailor every slide to your company, and the leaderboards for our company incentives work really well.

**What do you dislike about cube19?**

Genuinely haven't found any downsides, everything works just as we need it to. If there are minor errors then the support team are quick to help and are very efficient.

We are able to see exactly where needs more attention by using the real time figures. We're able to boost team morale by adding personalised slides with photos or shout out achievements on the cube tv screens for everyone in the office to see and celebrate.

Cube19 talks to our CRM system to track KPI's report data and helps me keep on track of my pipeline and where efforts have been made. It makes it simple to see where any potential falls in activity have taken place and need to be addressed. In the hectic day-to-day Cube19 can show who you need to call/someone that you've forgotten to speak to in the click of a button. It helps track conversion rates, average deal values etc and can be customised to track the KPI's that make your desk work.

Each time our CRM runs an update Cube19 can go down for a day or two but to be fair to them they always rectify it. The reporting tool can sometimes take a little time to get used to in terms of the phrases to report on being different to what you might call something.

Ensure you have an idea of what drives your own business/desk. The goals work much better when you can break them down to the day-by-day, week-to-week level. Report up to ten KPI's to track and ensure goals are achievable but stretching.

It has helped me build a more consistent pipeline and billings and helped me stay on top of my desk to ensure it is operating as best as it can.

We have struggled to display retained search mandates in the way that we would like, due to the way data interfaces from our CRM

From investment decision to go-live was only a couple of months, and implementation project went smoothly.  Interface and relationship with CRM and IT hosting partner was handled well by cube19.  Take care with organisational hierarchy (brand/team/office etc.) as not easy to change once built.

Previously there was manually generated and/or anecdotal operational information.  cube19 has brought real time visibility of deals, margins, and performance v target at individual, team, office, region and Group level for all sales activity and KPI's.

We've been using Cube19 for about a year, and the information we can pull from there to see where our business is coming from is so helpful! 

In particular the Onpoint function and the Jobs pipeline function are brilliant

**What do you dislike about cube19?**

Wish that Jobs pipeline was able to be set up with ratios for each consultant without showing across every users. that would allow the data to be much more personalised because of different markets, ways of working, locations, etc.

Having a realtime view of billing figures, stats regarding interviews, CV sends, conversions etc. Allows us to see where to spend more of our time.
