We've been happy customers for over 15 years and over the years they've been able to keep adding upgrades to meet our changing needs and it is like having a whole office staff in 1 automated system. **What do you dislike about CSAware?** I wish more software companies that support platforms like shopify would be able to integrate for sales and marketing automation. **What problems is CSAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automates billing and scheduling of subscriptions for weekly and bi weekly produce boxes. Keeps track of billing history. Allows customers to shop for add-ons and manage their delivery calendars.
