We've been happy customers for over 15 years and over the years they've been able to keep adding upgrades to meet our changing needs and it is like having a whole office staff in 1 automated system. **What do you dislike about CSAware?** I wish more software companies that support platforms like shopify would be able to integrate for sales and marketing automation. **What problems is CSAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automates billing and scheduling of subscriptions for weekly and bi weekly produce boxes. Keeps track of billing history. Allows customers to shop for add-ons and manage their delivery calendars. Integrates with delivery software for order routing to driver apps and sends customers delivery confirmation emails. ### 2. It includes full chat support and end-to-end customer support, which greatly assists farmers in viewing farm data. **What do you dislike about CSAware?** The UI is not good and many times the software hangs or doesn't run. **What problems is CSAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** In this software, we analyze the data and create an account where we manage the account data, eliminate loopholes, and increase output. ### 3.
