"Good IT Management Software"

What do you like best about Cryotos?

Easy to use Ticketing System is the good point in Cryotos. Easy to learn. Easy to Teach everyone about it. PC and Android integration is the very good part. Implementation is good in Cryotos we can implement on every IT enviournment. Customer support is good and supportive in Case of Application downtime. We use this app frequently. What do you dislike about Cryotos?

There are very least things that i dislike about cryotos. But one thing is very annoying which is asset management. Suppose we have 3 Different Locations and this application does not show you only single location. It shows you all the assets in all location. Then we have to add a filter to see different location assets separataly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cryotos solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cryotos is solving asset management and productivity tracking. We can efficiently work within cryotos. Tracking of assets are easy and managing them is easy. We can add expenses on each items. "Good asset managament tool"

What do you like best about Cryotos?

Cryotos gives possibility to track asset efficiency with categorizing the areas, departments and can also group the time and cost spend on each asset. Especially the QR code on each asset makes it much easier to raise a ticket and keep tracking it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
