"Helps us spend less time building reports"
5/5
What do you like best about CrunchJunkie?

For me, the biggest win is simply having less manual reporting work. Agency reporting can become repetitive very quickly, especially when you're managing multiple clients and channels. CrunchJunkie helps bring those different data sources together and gives us a much cleaner starting point for our reports. I also like that the reports can be branded rather than looking like something pulled directly from an advertising platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrunchJunkie?

Some of the more advanced features take a little time to get used to. I think that's fairly normal for a platform with reporting, integrations and GEO functionality all in one place. A more guided setup experience would make the initial onboarding easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful combination of reporting and GEO tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about CrunchJunkie?

I like that crunchjunkie isn't only focused on traditional advertising reports. We can look at campaign and analytics data while also exploring how a brand is showing up in AI generated results. That's becoming increasingly relevant when we're talking to clients about their overall online visibility. The ability to create branded reports is another feature that fits well with an agency environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrunchJunkie?

The GEO side is something we had to spend a little time understanding because it's different from the reporting we're traditionally used to once the concepts became clearer, it was easier to see where it could fit into our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A more practical way to review campaign data"
5/5
What do you like best about CrunchJunkie?

CrunchJunkie gives us a cleaner way to bring marketing performance together across different channels. I spend less time comparing separate dashboards and more time looking at the numbers that actually matter when reviewing product campaigns and online demand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrunchJunkie?

The setup can take some getting used to when several accounts need to be connected. I also had to spend a little time getting familiar with how the different reporting options were organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally see whether AI answers actually send revenue"
5/5
What do you like best about CrunchJunkie?

As an agency we were tracking two things by hand that CrunchJunkie now does in one place. First, AI visibility: it monitors how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude actually describe and rank our brand across models, updated on a schedule instead of us prompting each engine manually every week. Second, the multi-channel reporting: pulling GA4, Google Ads and Meta into one white-labeled PDF used to eat half a day per client, and the AI-written narrative summary gets us most of the way there before we even touch it.

The detail that sold me is the AI-to-conversions overlay against GA4 — connecting "we're getting cited by AI" to actual traffic and revenue is the one thing every other AEO tool leaves you guessing about. Bring-your-own-API keys is also the right call: we pay the model providers directly and don't get marked up per seat, which matters when you run a lot of clients. What do you dislike about CrunchJunkie?

The AI-visibility tracking is only as good as the prompt set you define — if you don't put real thought into which queries you track, it happily reports on the wrong questions and misses the long-tail ones buyers actually ask. It's not really a fault of the tool, but a suggested prompt library or a bit more guidance during onboarding would shorten the learning curve. Initial setup across 14 channels plus your own API keys per client also takes a session to get right; once it's connected it runs itself, but the first configuration isn't a two-minute job.
